your own protection make sure the home inspection company
you choose has Errors and Ommissions (E&O) Insurance &
General Liability Insurance. Keep this in mind when you
are comparing prices between home inspection companies.
The minimum requirement by the State of Arizona is a
bond which is cheap for the inspection company, but
provides very little protection to you as the consumer. Southwest
Premier Home Inspection is fully insured and exceeds the
