Prior to founding Southwest Premier Home Inspection Josh spent 16 years in aviation maintenance, quality control and inspection. Josh applies the intensive inspection skills that he learned and honed in the aviation industry to the Home Inspection industry, this gives him a unique advantage when it comes to home inspection.
Josh's keen eye for detail and extensive background in inspection techniques coupled with his knowledge of construction practices guarantee you a superior Phoenix Home Inspection.
Josh is a family man, when not out inspecting homes he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons!
Josh is licensed by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (AZ BTR) and is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
